• Pacific Coast Canola Project Description and Status

Pacific Coast Canola is in the design phase of a 300 million pounds per year Refined Bleached Deodorized (RBD) Canola Oil processing facility in Warden Washington.

PCC, working with Crown Iron Works, McKinstry Company, and CH2M Hill, has invested several million dollars of private capital into securing a 52-acre site, engineering, environmental review, permitting, equipment, storage silos, and rail access. The State of Washington has committed an additional several million dollars to the Port of Warden in support of the project.

CHS has contractually committed to supply the facility with canola seed, and to sell the canola meal.

Management Team

Pacific Coast Canola's development and management team is led by Joel Horn, Norm Spaeth, and Kevin Raymond.

When fully operational, PCC will add 35-40 additional jobs to Grant County's local economy.
